Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided.

Items reported after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return.
